Pursuant to the provisions of art. 6, par. 1, lett. a) and f) of EU Regulation no. 2016/679 the data are legitimately and lawfully processed as the interested party has given their consent to the processing for the purposes defined here. The legitimate interest in the processing of data by Conit Srl is for the purpose of direct marketing as well as the sending of advertising material via newsletters and / or commercial offers.

PLACE AND DATA PROCESSING
The treatments connected to the web services of this site take place at the headquarters of Conit Srl and are only handled by technical personnel in charge of processing. User data will not be transferred or processed in countries within or outside the European Union or to an international organization.

PERIOD OF DATA PROCESSING AND STORAGE
The Data Controller will process the Personal Data for a period of time not exceeding that necessary to achieve the purposes for which the personal data are processed until the consent is revoked and in any case no later than 10 years.
