Conit Srl collects and processes personal data provided voluntarily by the user when requesting information. The personal data it collects includes: name, surname, e-mail address and telephone number.
Conit Srl will not process any other data (other than those provided by the user) and will not track your data except in anonymous format.
PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT
The personal data provided by users are used to send requests for information on the Contact page of the site and are released solely and exclusively to send a quote or information on the services offered.

LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING AND LEGITIMATE INTEREST
Pursuant to the provisions of art. 6, par. 1, lett. a) and f) of EU Regulation no. 2016/679 the data are legitimately and lawfully processed as the interested party has given their consent to the processing for the purposes defined here. The legitimate interest in the processing of data by Conit Srl is for the purpose of direct marketing as well as the sending of advertising material via newsletters and / or commercial offers.
PLACE AND DATA PROCESSING
The treatments connected to the web services of this site take place at the headquarters of Conit Srl and are only handled by technical personnel in charge of processing. User data will not be transferred or processed in countries within or outside the European Union or to an international organization.
PERIOD OF DATA PROCESSING AND STORAGE
The Data Controller will process the Personal Data for a period of time not exceeding that necessary to achieve the purposes for which the personal data are processed until the consent is revoked and in any case no later than 10 years.
The user can at any time cancel his account or his registration on the site or request the interruption of the processing or withdraw his consent, according to the methods indicated in the rights section of the interested party.
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
As interested parties, users have the rights referred to in art. 12 of EU Regulation 2016/679: in particular, they have the right to obtain from the Data Controller confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning them and their communication in an intelligible form, as well as having the right to access them; they can also ask to know the origin of the Personal Data; the purposes and methods of the processing; they can also obtain a copy of the same, updating, rectification or their integration.
Users also have the rights referred to in Articles. 16-21 EU Regulation 2016/679 (Right of rectification, right to be forgotten, right to limitation of treatment, right to data portability, right to object). They can therefore, at any time, ask to rectify, withdraw their consent, cease to be registered on the site, requesting the interruption of the processing, the cancellation, the transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of the Personal Data processed. They may object, in whole or in part to the processing: a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of Personal Data concerning them; b) for the purpose of sending advertising material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication. In this regard, they can decide to receive only communications using traditional methods or only automated communications or neither of the two types of communication.
Finally, users will be able to lodge a complaint with the Privacy Authority in Italy, or in the place where you believe that a problem related to your data is generated, or contact it to request information regarding the exercise of their rights deriving from the EU Regulation. 2016/679.
METHOD OF TREATMENT
Personal data are processed with automated tools and not only for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

– Identification data: Name, Surname and Email.
– Sensitive data: These data will not be shared in any way with Conit Srl. You may share such information when you request information or purchase a product on the site.
In particular with reference to navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment.
These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: except for this possibility, the data on web contacts do not currently persist for more than seven days.
Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.
Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed on the pages of the site set up for particular services on request.
